           Agreed Value Coverage:

Boats and other watercraft depreciate just like cars. Actual cash value insurance can make it cumbersome to replace a boat that’s been destroyed or stolen. Agreed Value Coverage means that if your boat is a total loss you will get the value you insured it for, less any deductible.

Physical Damage Insurance
Physical damage insurance pays for the cost to replace or repair your boat, its motor, permanently attached equipment, and the trailer, if it is damaged or stolen.

Personal Property
Your policy can provide, if you choose coverage, for many personal items, including cell phones, scuba/snorkeling, clothing, and other sporting gear, and fishing gear. Check with Select Source Insurance for information. Personal property coverage does not include jewelry, watches or furs.

Liability
Similar to auto insurance, personal liability coverage is meant to cover other boaters and boat owners if you are at-fault for a mishap on the water. This coverage will pay to replace or repair other’s property, their medical care, lost wages and other costs associated as a result of an accident for which you are liable.

Medical Payments
Medical payments insurance covers the cost of care that is the result of a boating mishap. Coverage is available from $500 to $10,000 and covers you, your passengers, and even your tubers or water skiers, regardless of who is responsible.

Uninsured/Underinsured Watercraft Bodily Injury
Watercraft coverage is not always required, many choose not to get coverage. If you are hit by an underinsured or uninsured boat operater, and you are injured, this insurance pays for medical needs, lost income, and other costs related to the accident.

Fuel Spill Liability and Wreckage Removal
If your watercraft were to sink or be seriously damaged, fuel or oil could get into the water. Clean up, which can be time consuming and expensive, is the responsibility of the watercraft owner.

Emergency Assistance
The emergency assistance coverage, like automobile roadside assistance, covers towing, labor and delivery of gas, oil or loaned battery if the boat becomes inoperable while on the water.

Unattached Equipment Insurance
This pays to repair or replace boating equipment that is designed for use primarily on a boat that isn’t permanently attached. Items that aren’t attached like water skis, anchors, oars, fire extinguishers, life saving equipment, tarps etc.
